These terms apply to the services provided by Islah Data Consultancy ("we", "us", "our"), a software development and data consultancy based at Office 11, 3rd Floor, Silver Central Mall, Moshi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 412105, India. By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Services

We provide custom software development and related consultancy, including ERP systems, CRM and lead management software, transport management systems, web portals, mobile applications, data analysis and reporting. The precise scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for any engagement are set out in a separate written proposal, quotation or agreement. Where anything in that document conflicts with these terms, that document takes precedence.

2. Quotations and fees

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment milestones and schedules are as agreed in the relevant proposal or agreement.

3. Client responsibilities

Delivery depends on timely input from you. You agree to provide the information, access, data, approvals and feedback reasonably required for us to perform the work, and to ensure that any material you supply to us does not infringe the rights of a third party. Delays in providing these may affect agreed timelines.

4. Changes to scope

Requests that fall outside the agreed scope may affect cost and timeline. We will confirm any such impact with you in writing before carrying out the additional work.

5. Intellectual property

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of custom software developed specifically for you passes to you on receipt of full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and general know-how, including anything developed before or independently of your engagement, and may reuse these on other projects.

6. Confidentiality and data

We treat business information and data you share with us as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so in accordance with your instructions and applicable Indian data protection law.

7. Third-party services

Some solutions rely on third-party software, hosting, payment gateways or APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing or changes to their terms.

8. Warranty and support

We will correct defects reported within the warranty period stated in the relevant agreement, where the software does not perform as specified. This does not cover issues caused by modifications made by others, misuse, changes in third-party services, or new requirements. Ongoing support and maintenance may be arranged under a separate agreement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, revenue, data or business opportunity.

10. Website use

Content on this website is provided for general information. The portfolio, case studies and figures shown describe past work and are not a guarantee of any particular result. You may not copy or reuse content or branding from this site without our written permission.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you engage our services is the version that applies.
